KEY INFORMATION

Can I make a Mis-Sold claim without using your Service ?
Yes, you do not have to use a Claims Management Company, such as ourselves. You can make your own claim directly to the relevant firm or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) (www.fscs.org.uk) free of charge. If the relevant firm rejects your claim, you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) (www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk) within six months, free of charge. However, if the relevant firm rejects your claim, after six months there is no right of appeal. If the FSCS or FOS rejects your claim, there is no right of appeal.
How much do you charge ?
We do not charge any upfront fees and work on a commission only basis. This means as long as you allow the Company to complete making your claim, if you are not awarded Compensation, you will have not to have to pay any fees. However, if you are awarded Compensation for a mis-sold PPI policy, we will charge you the fee confirmed to you in the Terms of Business you signed before the Company agreed to work for you.
Do you have examples of how your fee is calculated?
Examples of PPC’s Fees for Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) products: The Client is awarded compensation of one thousand pounds, PPC’s Fee will be two hundred and forty pounds inclusive of VAT. The Client is awarded compensation of three thousand pounds, PPC’s Fee will be seven hundred and twenty pounds inclusive of VAT. The Client is awarded compensation of ten thousand pounds, PPC’s Fee will be two thousand four hundred pounds inclusive of VAT. These examples do not indicate the actual amount compensation that may be awarded to the Client.
