The Financial Conduct Authority who regulates Lenders and Claims Management Companies has acknowledged the PPI deadline has caused delays in Lenders processing PPI claims promptly.
The Financial Conduct Authority has suggested in certain circumstances Lenders will not be able to process PPI claims within eight weeks and in some cases Lenders may take well beyond 24 weeks to process claims.
The Financial Conduct Authority has directed all Claims Management Companies including our Company to be sympathetic towards the substantial delays Lenders are experiencing.
Therefore, it is likely that your PPI claim will take substantially longer than we would like. However, we will continue to update you on the progress of your claim when we have news.
